The project focused on the functional enhancement and design development of a new terminal concept, combining architectural review with operationally driven planning. Our aim was to optimise the terminal layout to support efficient passenger flows, operational resilience, and a seamless user experience.
Our scope included the development of base plans for the entire airport campus, covering landside, terminal, and airside areas, as well as detailed functional planning for the new terminal. We also supported the detailed design of security screening areas, including baggage screening integration, to ensure smooth and passenger-friendly operations.
In addition, we designed bespoke furniture concepts for check-in and boarding counters, helping to improve operational workflows and enhance the passenger experience. To support the implementation phase, we further developed construction stage diagrams illustrating operational flows throughout the various phases of construction.
